Read and understand blueprints
Proficiently operate any or all of core equipment, which includes Excavators, Loaders, and skid steer equipment
Exposure to extreme temperatures
Fast paced with tight deadlines
Class 5 Driver's License (Class 1 or 3 is an asset)
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be always worn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor construction environment
Field safety tickets including First Aid, H2S, CSTS, Fall Protection, and Ground Disturbance are an asset
This is a safety sensitive position and will require candidates to comply with HPS drug and alcohol program
Ability to work out of town for extended periods of time
Physical elements include bending, twisting, crouching, kneeling, standing for long periods of time, lifting weights up to 50 pounds frequently and in excess of 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
Understands the importance of worksite safety and manages field-level risks by undertaking the required steps of a Field Level Hazard Assessment (FLHA)
