Monitor the progress of Project Development activities for multiple projects across various states in India.
Act as a central point of contact for Project Development related queries from internal teams (EPC, Engineering, Legal, Finance etc.).
Prepare regular status reports, dashboards and presentations on land acquisition and permit progress for senior management.
He/She will be responsible for meticulously monitoring and tracking all aspects of land acquisition, permits and regulatory approvals, as well as managing the associated documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and possess a strong understanding of land and regulatory related processes and documentations.
Ensure all documents are accurately filed, version-controlled and easily retrievable.
The Project Development Manager will play a critical role in the successful development of our renewable energy projects across India.
Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on land and permit milestones.
Establish and maintain a robust and organized system for all project-related documentation, including Land records, Legal agreements, Contracts, Permit applications and approval letters, NOCs and clearances, Communication with all stakeholders etc.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation promptly.
Monitor and flag potential bottlenecks or challenges in land acquisition process and keeping record of same.
Track the status of all necessary permits and approvals required for renewable energy projects development pan India.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all permits, their validity, renewal date sand submission requirements.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely documents and application preparations and submissions.
Prepare and update land acquisition progress reports for internal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.

Any Graduate or Postgraduate with experience of Project Monitoring, Planning and Documents Handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
