Service Professionals provide hands‑on customer care by troubleshooting, servicing, inspecting, installing, and repairing industrial equipment of all shapes and sizes. They maintain accurate paper and digital work orders and regularly operate a vehicle to travel between customer sites while upholding safety and OSHA compliance.
Miner offers four service‑professional levels to match skill sets. Apprentice (Level I) is for passionate learners with basic mechanical aptitude. Level II requires at least one year of related experience and basic electrical/hydraulic knowledge. Level III expects four years of experience with AED, high‑speed, or gate repairs. Level IV (Expert) demands eight or more years, mastery of electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, leadership skills, and deep dock‑leveler expertise.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, the ability to repair doors, loading docks, and dock‑levelers, and a willingness to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work. Hydraulic and pneumatic experience is a plus. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills are required, as is the ability to work independently for extended periods on the road. A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are mandatory; technical school training or OEM certifications are desired but not required.
Miner offers competitive pay with incentives, a uniform and boot allowance, and continuous training with clear growth opportunities. Employees receive a company‑issued truck, autonomy in their daily tasks, competitive PTO, paid holidays, and a full benefits package from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
The salary range reflects the company’s good‑faith minimum and maximum at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with potential additional incentive pay.
