Join us as an Installation Lead (f/m/x) for Offshore Construction, where you will play a pivotal role in supervising and guiding your assigned teams to ensure the safe, timely, and effective execution of work activities. Work closely with the site management team at the project you are deployed, for daily planning and execution according to contract specifications and EHS/QA systems, along with Head of Site Management and Installation Leads. This role will require flexibility for Global travel and depending on where the projects are being executed, rotations would be typically 2/2, 3/3 for Europe and UK, or 4/4 if travel is required to America / APAC regions.

Your leadership will guarantee that all tasks adhere to SGRE standards, encompassing QA requirements. You will continuously evaluate and provide feedback to your technicians, encouraging skill development and maintaining high standards. By implementing and optimizing processes and workflows, you will contribute to a standardized execution and a safe working environment.

  • Ensure that all work activities align with required documentation, permits, and RAMS.
  • Cultivate a Zero Defect culture by ensuring high-quality standards in the work performed by your teams.
  • Provide strong EHS leadership, ensuring a Zero Harm environment by implementing and upholding safety standards and procedures.
  • Actively participate in EHS discussions during project planning and ensure that all vital assessments and certifications are in place during execution.
  • Be responsible for the allocation of working hours to prevent excessive hours on site and ensure team well-being.
  • Drive Lean workflows by supervising adherence, addressing deviations, and coordinating improvements across all areas.
  • Validate that all personnel, including contractors, are qualified and fully advised about EHS protocols.

  • Your extensive communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential for success in this role.
  • You have a talent for problem solving and possess a solid understanding of technical issues, work processes, and site activities, while also contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • A proven electrical background, preferably supported at a degree level education.
  • With experience in the Offshore industry, you have a confirmed grasp of project site work processes and are EHS and Quality focused, capable of identifying risks proactively. You are experienced in QA, and EHS processes and reporting.
  • You are an expert leader (f/m/x) with a background in large international manufacturing or industrial environments, possessing in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbine products.
  • As this position requires global travel to project sites, you are willing and able to work on a rotational basis, both onshore and offshore.
