Dispatcher - Industrial Hydro Blasting & Hydro Vacuuming

Dispatches and schedules industrial cleaning crews, manages documentation and coordination.

Tasks

-May need to, occasionally, request quotes, request PO’s, order parts, and equipment. -Assign and review training requirements for entry into customer facilities. -The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling hydro blasting. tank cleaning, chemical cleaning, vapor blasting, and vacuum crews daily. -Work with employee ADP timekeeping process and procedure consistent with California Labor Standards. -May need to, occasionally, visit customer locations for EHS audits, safety inspections, delivering, and retrieving equipment. -Work with branch payroll and HR Compliance Manager to gather required and requested ADP timekeeping employee information. -Maintain orderly job board for daily tracking purposes. -Complete the appropriate documentation and reports in thorough and timely manner. -Communicate daily operational information to all field employees. -Communicate and report to Operations Manager daily. -Keep track of all rentals received and return in a timely manner. -Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area/ yard and report maintenance needs. -Work closely with maintenance department to keep track of DOT requirements, (e.g. BIT Inspections, Driver Qualification Files, MOTIVE). -Manage inventory of USA DeBusk assets.

-Ability to multi-task -Requires repetitive motion, hearing, talking, grasping, fingering, sitting, bend, stoop, and reach. -Geographical knowledge of service areas and/or map reading skills -Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) -High School Diploma or equivalent -Computer skills -Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and changing priorities -Display the ability to accurately use basic math skills -Must be able to lift, carry and/or hold up to 75 lbs. -Dispatching: 2 years (Preferred) -Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
