- Partner with data owners and stakeholders to understand database schemas, relationships, and data integrity requirements
- Create advanced DAX measures to support KPIs, calculations, and analytical logic
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and operational data needs
- Ensure Mail Merge solutions dynamically integrate with data sources to support high-volume and personalized messaging
- Build robust Power BI data models using Power BI Desktop, including data transformation with Power Query (M) and relationship modeling
- Is able design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions to serve various applications
- Develop and maintain SSRS and Power BI Report Builder paginated reports, including detailed tabular formats for operational and compliance reporting
- Is able to provide indirect support for programming and development initiatives as needed.
- Ensure semantic model accuracy, usability, performance, and scalability
- Migrate, modernize, and enhance existing reports as business needs evolve
- Design, build, and maintain Mail Merge templates for communications, notifications, and operational correspondence
- Transform queried datasets into well-structured reports with clear formatting, parameters, and filtering capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve SQL query performance issues using best-practice optimization techniques

We’re Looking For Someone Who
Location: Remote (Candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside within the Eastern Time Zone)
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in person, via phone and email. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff.
- Is a team-first player who remains positive when asked to take on tasks that indirectly support programming projects
- Design intuitive, interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations aligned with business goals
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, including M Query, DAX, modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to dive deep into technical challenges
- Communicates effectively with strong verbal and written skills, and can collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship/visa
- Proven experience writing complex SQL queries across relational database platforms.
- Must own an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC systems
- Is flexible and resourceful, with the ability to adopt new technologies quickly
- Minimum of (3) three years of experience developing BI reporting solution
- Hands-on experience with SSRS or Power BI Report Builder for operational reporting.
- Enjoys working on a small development team and thrives in collaborative settings such as peer programming sessions
- Ability to create and maintain Mail Merge templates in Word or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and distill insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
