Assist with duties that maybe assigned by your manager or supervisor
Assist the team in the planning of maintenance schedules and workload by engaging in positive communication
Report hazards, incidents and accidents to relevant personnel

Provide a high quality standard of work and diagnosis by using the workshop manual
Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure all required policies, procedures and resources are available prior to carrying out planned work
Supply practical technical expertise and assistance to minimise equipment down time
Carry out downloads and analysis of on board computer systems
Provide well written service reports covering complaint, cause and correction
Assist the Branch in various areas whilst other team members are on annual leave
