JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The HR Manager oversees and manages the HR function across multiple locations, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes while assisting with the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives. This role involves leading HR operations, compliance, employee relations, talent management, performance and improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives across different states. The Human Resources Manager will work with the Chief Financial Officer for the US, and the Group level Human Resources support team at the European Headquarters to achieve our strategic global goals, increase performance, and inspire innovation.
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs
Extensive experience managing employee relations cases
Experience with immigration and employment visas for international employees

Plus seven (7) years of relevant work experience in human resources
Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust style as needed to develop effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees, and peers
Multi‐state compliance and HR law knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
