  • Coordinating and work with Water Regulatory Hydrogeologist to apply for permits, ensure compliance with permit conditions, and required notifications are complete
  • Confirm suitability of water source, timing of operations including storage setup, transportation method, and sending or receiving water from other operators, with support of the Water Supervisor and Completions Superintendent
  • Collaborate with other operators to share/coordinate water related activities and/or sources, and attend weekly team meetings to discuss budgets, schedules, and planning
  • Logistics planning, including estimating costs for one or more water plan options, timing, and transportation method
  • Manage the tracking and reporting requirements as stipulated in the TDL or Term License, and relays information to Water Regulatory Hydrogeologist
  • Select water transfer, heating and storage vendor(s) from source to lease
  • Update water plan details in Water STAR, coordinating water activities between office and the field, and provide guidance to the area Water Supervisor

  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • A combination of Field and Office Coordinator experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of water management experience preferred, and will consider a background in Drilling/Completions and Environment in the oil and gas industry
  • Industry water management experience in the development of short and long-term strategies to efficiently source and handle water
