The role ensures accurate data entry, timely reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations, security clearance requirements, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contract milestones, variations, and deliverables.
- Support audits and compliance reviews for Defence contracts
- Prepare regular reports on contract performance, compliance, and clearance status.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of Defence contracts and associated documentation.
- Engage effectively with technical staff, subcontractors, senior military officers, and client representatives.
- Generate and distribute clearance status reports for internal and Defence stakeholders.
- Provide administrative assistance to contract leadership.
- Collate, maintain, and update personnel security clearance records (Baseline, NV1, NV2, etc.).
- Ensure clearance data complies with DISP and Defence security protocols.

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about administrative accuracy? We’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to provides administrative and operational assistance to the Defence Contract Administration team, focusing on the day-to-day management of contract documentation and systems (including Defence-specific platforms and internal tools).
- Proven ability delivering Executive level presentations and reports
- Ability to travel across metro, regional and interstate sites and offices
- Demonstrated ability to work as a cohesive team with the ability to support where required
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role and adhere to emergency protocols.
- Proven experience in supporting a leadership team
