Tasks

-Prepare, daily and weekly project records, and reports. -Ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA job-site requirements. -Guide subcontractors through construction projects, ensuring goals for project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience are achieved. -Oversee, strategize, coordinate, and manage resources and logistics for commercial construction projects. -Coordinate inspections required by permits and applicable authorities.

What You Bring

-3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least one year of experience as a Craft Foreman. -Excellent communication skills -Experience in Commercial Construction is preferred
