Fabrication Sales Representative

Description

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and stay ahead of industry trends
• Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and OEM clients
• Collaborate with internal teams on estimating, project execution, and contract management
• Attend trade shows and customer meetings throughout the region

Requirements

• Occasional overnight travel required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, fabrication, or production industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Frequent travel (50%-70%) across Wisconsin and neighboring states (MN, IL, IA, MI)
• High school diploma or GED required
