Manage activities and lead teams associated with ARS programmatic end‑to‑end execution across the value stream. Work with applicable functions to influence investment decisions. Collaborate with PDCA/CPA design and manufacturing teams, as well as plant quality and safety functions, throughout product and process development to ensure a successful transition from design to prototype to production. Support continuous improvement by leading teams to create and implement process controls, work instructions, and standard work, and provide relevant training to plant personnel.
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution is required, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or process development and at least 5 years supervising or leading teams. A Master’s degree in operations or manufacturing engineering is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in new process development of industrial products, including complex assembly manufacturing, planning and managing mid‑to‑large projects, and developing business processes and change management.
Experience in engineered‑to‑order manufacturing processes, strong data‑analysis skills for KPI development, and knowledge of supply chain practices are essential. Proficiency with Six Sigma, VA/VE, and LEAN tools, as well as proven leadership in fast‑paced matrix organizations, is required. Demonstrated ability to motivate technical staff, manage remote locations, deliver on‑time program execution, and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, including familiarity with PROLaunch or equivalent phase‑gate development processes.
