Our Copenhagen office seeks a talented Graduate Project Manager to support project management within multi-disciplinary technical teams across various business areas. You’ll join the Denmark Advisory team comprising Project and Design Managers and Engineers, tackling complex challenges in the built environment with creativity, expertise, and a commitment to social purpose.
- The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to contribute to design solutions that respond to client briefs.
- Strong command of at least one Scandinavian language is required.
- The ability to work effectively within a team, showing initiative, supporting others, and contributing to a positive team environment.
- A master’s degree in project management / civil / structural / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering / architecture or similar.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, teamwork, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Some experience or academic exposure to project management within industrial or construction environments is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with project management processes, systems, and tools, and welldeveloped organisational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
