5–10 years of proven experience in a commercially focused Account Management, Account Director, or Sales Leadership role, ideally with experience coaching or leading a small team in a player/coach capacity.
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles and developing account strategies tailored to each customer's unique situation.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Strong capability to engage and influence a broad network of stakeholders within customer organizations.
Confidence and credibility at all stages of the customer lifecycle, consistently acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader who drives value and revenue.
Demonstrate high self-motivation and accountability, consistently driving results, meeting commitments, and delivering on growth targets.
