AI Solutions Lead

• Deliver high-impact use cases across operational, support, and knowledge domains, integrating AI where it can create meaningful efficiency and value
• Work closely with stakeholders across IT, InfoSec, operations, and business units to scope and deliver scalable solutions
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from discovery to implementation
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new use cases, balancing speed with security and governance
• Track AI usage, adoption, and performance; define and measure success metrics
• Support the rollout and enablement of ChatGPT Enterprise and other internal AI platforms
• Build and integrate AI-powered tools using modern LLM APIs, orchestration tools, and enterprise platforms
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and patterns, and apply them where they create operational advantage

• Familiarity with enterprise environments, identity & access management, and security-first design
• Ability to translate technical capability into business value, and explain AI tools to non-technical audiences
• Experience building or integrating AI pipelines (e.g. vector databases, embedding/search, RAG workflows)
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), including prompt engineering and API use
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats: builder, integrator, collaborator, and internal advisor
• Strong technical skills: scripting, API integration, and automation tooling (e.g. Python, Power Automate, Zapier)
• Proven experience delivering AI or automation solutions in an enterprise setting
