Drive corrective actions closure for improvement actions identified
Perform and actively involve in other improvement quality program in the company
Lead Field audit process to ensure effective Otis Field Audits are being done in new installation and maintenance
Evaluate the unit and site conditions for compliance with Otis Safety Policy
Audit maintenance quality in units under service to ensure quality standard is maintained, but not limited, to the following: Key Account Customers, High breakdown units and sites with Customer Complaints
Scheduling and coordinating for Field audits activities
Evaluate Field employees safety during audit activity
Inspect the installation quality after handover to Service department. This is to ensure conformance to Field Installation Method and In-process check. Propose improvement on product and installation quality based on inspection findings. Active involvement in reducing breakdown rate after installation.
Submit audit report to Quality Lead and respective department

Possess minimum 3 years experience in elevator/escalator field auditing
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/equivalent
Experience in leading/driving quality improvement processes
Strong program management skills and knowledge of field elevator/escalator business
