The role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and technologies. Candidates must be proficient with cloud access management tools and experienced with Saviynt EIC or other modern IGA platforms, handling enterprise‑scale application integrations and privileged access management best practices.
Qualifications include a bachelor's or associate's degree from an accredited institution, graduation from Eaton's Leadership Development Program, or equivalent experience, along with 8 to 10 years of IAM experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of IGA platforms, RBAC/RBAD, Active Directory, scripting, and Linux/Windows administration, complemented by excellent communication, analytical, and time‑management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Saviynt EIC or similar IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint), including policy configuration, workflow design, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of RBAC and RBAD, including role mining, entitlement mapping, and access modeling.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, and attestation processes.
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration and group/OU management.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar for automation and custom connector development.
- Familiarity with least‑privilege principles, ABAC, and compliance frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration from an identity and access perspective.
- Exposure to Saviynt CPAM, CyberArk, or other PAM tools.
- Experience managing identities and entitlements in cloud environments (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM).
- API integration and scripting for custom workflows and automation.
- Integration between IGA and PAM platforms for unified identity governance.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally across teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
