Ensure correct usage of CRM tool (Dashboard & Salesforce) including quality of data entry and other job updates.
Work in collaboration with the Sales Leadership team, co-schedule and co-facilitate monthly Sales Meeting including coordination with guest speakers. Ensure Design Consultants are attending.
The Assistant Sales Manager may be required to perform design consultations in order to meet a sales quota if their assigned Designer Team is not achieving quarterly performance targets.
Coach and mentor an assigned team of Design Consultants to achieve performance goals through monthly GS&Rs (Goal Setting & Review Meetings).
Support New Designer recruiting and onboarding, including ensuring completion of new Designer Training and access to all technology applications (email, Paylocity, CC360, Salesforce, Dash, SharePoint, M/S Teams, etc.)
Work with Design Consultants to create Personal Marketing Plans—i.e. a plan for self-generated leads.
Monitor and drive participation in local industry meetings and functions (i.e. BIA, Chamber of Commerce, and ASID).
Collaborate with the operations team on process flow and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with the Sales Manager and other Assistant Sales Managers, to co-manage sales incentive plans and programs.
Address underperformers following performance management process guidelines to improve results, including detailed documentation; partner with HR and General Manager as needed.
Analyze sales data and develop a strategy to continually improve performance.
Work in collaboration with the General Manager and Central Support team to ensure the assigned Design Team has the appropriate mix of company leads and self-generated leads.
Collaborate with Sales Manager and other Assistant Sales Managers to ensure all mandatory training is completed for new and on-going training and development (includes classroom, eLearning CC 360 courses and other required training sessions).
Facilitate customer escalations to ensure satisfaction as appropriate; communicate findings to Sales Manager and GM.
Review customer feedback through 5-star reviews (NPS), Google Reviews, and close the loop on detractor responses.
