Working knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and systems;
Fully proficient in all Microsoft packages - including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Experience of PA duties including diary management, organising meetings and travel;
Excellent communication skills, grammatical comprehension and interpersonal capabilities;
Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills to be able to meet tight deadlines in a timely manner;
Ability to use own initiative to work independently and collaboratively as a team; and
Experience of billing and invoice systems;
Experience of managing an office;
An understanding of health and safety procedures and ISO 9001 and 14001 standards;
