Support short-term planning processes, such as the “2-Week Look Ahead,” to ensure availability of materials aligned with field operations and project timelines.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related industry preferred.
Must possess a valid US driver’s license (or equivalent) and meet Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) verification requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively share information across teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in computer and technology skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and mobile devices. Experience with procurement or ERP systems, such as Acumatica, preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to various locations across the company.
Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
