The Front Desk/Supportive Housing Associate will work at Archdale, a supportive housing community in downtown Minneapolis, reporting to the Property Manager. The role blends administrative, front‑desk, and light security duties and requires strong communication, safety awareness, and high emotional maturity.
The associate must become familiar with residents, vendors and the property to foster a sense of community while maintaining professional boundaries. They will monitor security cameras and alarms, enforce community rules, and lead emergency responses as needed.
Candidates need at least one year of administrative experience, excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette, and the ability to build positive resident relations while following policies. They must demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to Aeon’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 10 lb, reaching above and below shoulder level, sitting and standing for extended periods, and completing property tours. The position works the first shift, Monday‑Friday 6:30 am‑2:30 pm, with a pay range of $18‑$20 /hr plus a comprehensive benefits package.
