Write repair and inspection reports daily
Follow strict work procedures
Perform leading and trailing edge repairs, including damage from erosion, cracks, or openings.
Perform repairs on bond lines that hold fiberglass components together.
Perform vacuum consolidation on composite repairs.
Perform internal and external repairs in non-structural and structural areas of the blade, including repairs to the leading and trailing edges, repairs to the UD-glass layers, replacement of balsa/foam core, and repairs to the shear web.
Communicate daily with supervisors

Other assets: ASP Construction, experience working on a Kaeufer platform, PDQ/Rescue Tractel training.

Possess a Class 5 driver's license or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in composite blade repairs. (Cat 4-5)
Must be rigorous and organized
Available to travel throughout Quebec and Canada (work in rotation, ex. 5 weeks on / 1 week off)
TRAVEL (you will have the chance to travel across Canada)
