  • Complete make-ready assessments within the FCC’s required time guidelines.
  • Collect field data and verify pole information when necessary to ensure accurate designs and records.
  • Work outdoors as needed in varying environmental conditions to support field data collection.
  • Maintain precise project documentation and tracking for each pole and associated tasks.
  • Perform detailed analysis of power poles for communication make-ready work using software including Microsoft Office, Katapult, Distribution Design Studio (DDS), and other utility-based design platforms.
  • Contribute to project planning, status reporting, and prioritization of pole work.
  • Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
  • Coordinate with engineering, utility, and communication partners to validate and communicate project status and requirements.
  • Provide support to field and office teams by ensuring timely updates and communication of design changes.
