Participate in the negotiation of change orders specific to design changes.
Participate in and document all construction meetings onsite (e.g. daily tailgate/safety meetings, weekly construction meetings, etc.); and
Work with Construction Contractor in expediting solutions to technical field problems.

Review all construction submittals.
Coordinate directly with Lead Design Engineer and Design Team discipline leads on all design changes and construction submittals.
Have supervised two (2) completed construction projects in the field, including the following:
Meet document control requirements, including filing of all construction-related documents
held a lead role (e.g. Lead Technical Engineer/Project Manager/Engineer-of-Record/Construction Manager) on at least one (1) of the two (2) projects; and
QA/QC reviews and compliance.
Notification to the client of any observed work that does not conform to the requirements of the contract documents.
Construction Project Management (e.g. observation of the construction work, project progress reports, project team coordination for all construction submittals, direct client and CMF coordination, timely delivery of responses to all construction submittals, RFI’s, RFC’s, CO’s, etc.).

Certified Construction Manager OR Professional Engineer (PE).
Minimum of eight plus (10+)-years’ professional experience in the design and/or construction engineering fields.
Minimum of ten plus (10+)-years’ experience in the design and/or construction engineering fields, specifically related to construction management.
Strong knowledge of applicable codes and regulations.
Ability to work in teams, respond to changing demands, be decisive under pressure, and can remain calm when interfacing with internal and external personnel.
Construction cost estimating and scheduling experience.
Experience in construction contract administration and/or management.
