The role leads Agile delivery for cross‑functional product teams focused on customer‑centric digital experiences. It drives continuous improvement, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and ensures alignment with business outcomes while promoting White Cap’s TRUSTED values through teamwork, transparency, and dependable execution.
You will identify key barriers, apply problem‑solving skills to complex situations, and make decisions under uncertainty with limited guidance. The position may oversee project planning, assignment, monitoring, and review, and contributes to professional development without hiring authority.
Work is performed in a comfortable indoor setting with mostly seated tasks and frequent opportunities to move. Occasionally you may lift light items, and travel is limited to less than 10% overnight.
Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience, or an MS/MA with 5+ years. Certain certifications are required depending on the area.
Preferred candidates have extensive Scrum Master experience building e‑commerce sites, at least 7 years in digital or eCommerce environments, and hold a Scrum Master certification. Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence are essential. The role can be remote or hybrid; candidates in the greater Atlanta area will work two days per week on‑site at the Doraville Field Support Center.
