  • Maintain and audit project registers, ensuring records meet Business Management System (BMS) and quality assurance requirements, and generate reports as required
  • Ensure full compliance with company and project-specific information management procedures, including the IMP and BEP
  • Administer the Common Data Environment (CDE), managing workflows, user access, document containers, and data integrity
  • Act as a central interface between the design and site teams, overseeing coordination of documentation, data flow, and handover deliverables
  • Support the design team by ensuring all design and technical information is accurately managed, maintained, and issued in line with project timelines
  • Foster effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, maintaining strong working relationships at all levels
