Monitor testing to ensure it is completed based on project plans and specifications; provide technical guidance and work direction.

Provide daily monitoring and progress of current and upcoming projects.
Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrates safety practices. Promote pre-task planning for all projects.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide up to date information in regard to the company’s ability to meet expected project timelines, client needs for projects and project status.

Participate in the recruitment and selection of technical field staff.

Provide oversight to technical field staff in the performance of testing services.
