Assistant Digital Solutions Consultant (SharePoint & Power Platform)

Description

• Help run discovery sessions with teams to understand pain points in delivery and collaborate to develop solutions
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows (approvals, notifications, data movement, scheduled jobs, governance-friendly automation).
• Support data visualisation through tools such as PowerBI, including data manipulation in PowerQuery, and working with stakeholders to communicate insights
• Support teams with clear documentation, tested scripts, and maintainable solutions.
• Build and enhance SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries and metadata structures to support digital workflows and document/data management.
• Use Python to automate repeatable tasks, transform datasets, validate data quality, or prototype logic that complements low-code solutions.

Requirements

• Appreciation and awareness of a variety of programming languages, visualisation, modelling and automation packages and their interoperability;
• Undergraduate or higher Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience and qualifications
• Experience of management of data and the use of data to drive decision making;
• Possess strong communication skills to effectively understand team requirements and influence behaviors, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Good knowledge of programming languages and data integration tools such as Python and FME;
