The role is responsible for delivering training courses, job aids, and reference manuals that meet the developmental objectives of targeted audiences. You will also provide training and troubleshooting for systems and processes in fabrication, rebar operations, shipping, and transportation management.
Key responsibilities include delivering operational training materials, facilitating individual and group sessions, researching curriculum to support program goals, and conducting pre‑ and post‑training analyses to determine effectiveness. You will track, assess, evaluate, and measure training outcomes while incorporating team feedback to maximize ROI.
The position requires strong data‑analysis skills to resolve missing or inconsistent information and handle complex research. Work is increasingly independent, with guidance provided only for unusual or complex issues, and output is periodically reviewed by a supervisor or direct customers. You may also provide guidance or training to junior‑level staff.
Education typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline, or an MS/MA with 2‑4 years of experience. Generally 2‑5 years of relevant experience is expected, and certification is required in some areas.
Preferred qualifications include major airport access, MS365 proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), experience with multiple project tracking and reporting, and prior involvement in adult‑learning documentation. Knowledge of operational areas such as rentals, fabrication, warehouse, sales, transportation, safety, and purchasing, alongside strong presentation and Oracle system experience, is valuable.
