Provide technical leadership on underground civil works, including pipeline alignments, hydraulic design, pump station design, and system upgrades
Lead and manage multiple water/wastewater projects of varying size and complexity
Coordinate subconsultants, support BD activities, and contribute to proposal development
This role is focused on outside the fence, underground water infrastructure, designing and delivering projects such as pipelines, trunk mains, collection systems, sewers, lift/pump stations, and distribution networks across municipal water and wastewater programs in Texas.
Oversee scope, budgets, schedules, and all contractual obligations
Drive planning, design, and construction-phase engineering for distribution, collection, and treatment-related infrastructure
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong background delivering underground infrastructure projects (pipelines, sewers, pump/lift stations, collection/distribution systems)
