- Collaborating with other teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service
- Leveraging existing client data and processes to effectively implement Brightly’s software
- Virtually providing consultation, structured training courses, configuration, data transfers, report writing and implementation assistance
- Providing feedback and input on client-industry and EAM best practices
- Providing succinct handoff documentation and prescribe necessary follow-up activities for clients’ implementation needs. Correctly document and communicated activities and results both internally and externally.
- Traveling to client locations to consult, implement, train and support users (Up to 50% domestic travel)
- Relaying critical client and market needs to the Product Management team, to guide decision making in our Agile Development Cycle
- Promptly engaging project coordinators and other Brightly stakeholders when implementation projects stall

- Knowledgeable about GIS data, layers, and maps
- High comfort level presenting to and interacting with clients at all organizational levels
- 5+ years of consulting or software implementation experience

- Prior experience in the public sector specifically in public works or water and sewer utilities
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must demonstrate advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience with SQL scripting
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
- Experience using or implementing EAM software
