  • Avoir un bon sens de rigueur, minutie, confidentialité et d'organisation
  • Connaissance du domaine de la construction sera considérée comme un atout majeur ;
  • Expérience pertinente au sein d’une firme de courtage d’assurance est considérée comme un atout important ;
  • Apprécier le travail en équipe, avec des gens dynamiques
  • Posséder un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente ;
  • DEC en conseil en assurances et/ou en services financiers, DEC en techniques administratives, option assurances ou d’un AEC en assurance de dommages ou toute autre expérience équivalente ;
  • Posséder un solide réseau tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe, pour atteindre les objectifs. Bâtir et maintenir des partenariats solides, en prenant en compte la vision à court, moyen et long terme
  • Posséder une connaissance accrue de la construction. Identifier les opportunités et adapter ses interventions selon le type de contrat et mode de réalisation de construction et anticiper les risques dans les contrats
