Expérience pertinente au sein d’une firme de courtage d’assurance est considérée comme un atout important ;
Apprécier le travail en équipe, avec des gens dynamiques
Posséder un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente ;
DEC en conseil en assurances et/ou en services financiers, DEC en techniques administratives, option assurances ou d’un AEC en assurance de dommages ou toute autre expérience équivalente ;
Posséder un solide réseau tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe, pour atteindre les objectifs. Bâtir et maintenir des partenariats solides, en prenant en compte la vision à court, moyen et long terme
