Manage, coordinate and support the integration and onboarding of additional business units into Concur, corporate cards and TMC, special projects, analysis and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Manage the day-to-day operations of the T&E team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Establish a trusted relationship with cross-functional partners, including HR, Internal Audit, Sourcing, IT, and Finance
Act as point of escalation to ensure timely remediation of issues related to Concur, corporate cards, and TMC
Identify, propose and execute levers for optimizing processes, communication and savings linked to travel and expenses
Continuously benchmark and refine policies and procedures to align with business needs, best practices, industry regulations, standards, and trends
Execute on strategic plans to deliver value, scale, and efficiencies while improving sustainability and duty of care
Ensure the proper application of ITT’s global and any local/regional expense and travel policies and procedures
Lead and develop Travel, Expense, Corporate Cards operations in compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures
Responsible for managing Internal Audit Team requests and addressing audit observations as needed.
Implement key reporting and metrics to monitor compliance, operational efficiency and quality of service; Provide detailed reporting and analysis to senior leadership
