Lead quality management, QA strategy, audits and culture for nuclear facility project.
They will manage and coordinate project audits and surveillances of plans and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements. The PQM will leading causal analysis and corrective action to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
They will provide training and support on best practices and continual improvement and promote a quality culture across the project.
The Project Quality Manager is accountable for the quality assurance strategy and the delivery of quality activities.
They are responsible for identifying, delivering and assuring the successful quality targets for this project. They will work to assure that the programme is delivered in compliance with the customer’s requirements and will work with the project team to maintain standards across the Project.

The role is co-located with the client and design consultant in Warrington, Cheshire, UK. There is a requirement to work a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from the project office with the flexibility to work two days per week from home or a Bechtel office. Occasional travel to the project site location (Capenhurst) is also required.
Suitably Qualified Experienced Person (SQEP) with in-depth understanding of the design and delivery requirements across infrastructure programmes of significant size and complexity ·
Operates across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, nuclear, security and environmental, oil, gas, chemicals, mining, and metals, as well as manufacturing, battery production and technology.
Significant presence in North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
