Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Assist lawyers in the preparation of documents including the drafting, reviewing and amending materials such as Contracts like NDA, Sales Contract and GTCs.
Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities, ensuring delivery of a document with high quality.
Assist in editing and proofreading various contracts and draft legal correspondence.
Support the Integrity functions with audit and in Integrity investigations: - interview note taking & preparing statements.
Summarize key provisions from contracts.

Experience with tools like Salesforce, CLM tool, Compliance desktop etc, shall be preferred.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and excellent understanding of contracts and legal terminology.
LL.B. / B.L. from a recognized University with a bachelor's degree in a comparable field.
Proficient with Microsoft O365, specifically, MS Lists, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
