Support Finance team with quarterly stock-based compensation reporting and other equity-based reporting as needed.
Manage daily operations of the company’s equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and process overviews.
Oversee and process all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, releases, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, tax rules, and company policies. Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Accounting teams to reconcile data and reporting.
Maintain accurate participant data and reconcile records between HRIS, payroll, and the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE system.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding equity awards, tax treatment, and use of the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE portal.
Serve as the main liaison with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and coordinate ongoing plan enhancements.

Hands-on experience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform.
Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and global regulatory requirements affecting equity compensation.
Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills.
Strong understanding of equity vehicles (options, RSUs, ESPP) and related tax/accounting implications.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or related fields.
CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation or progress toward CEP certification a plus.
