- Have demonstrated experience of at least 10 years in BIM on complex projects, and overall, more than 15 years of industry experience, providing quality reviews in the area of speciality, leading and delivering Tenders, feasibility/ concept studies, and detailed design in metro, rail and underground projects. Overall industry experience can be relaxed in case of deserving candidates
- Have experience as BIM Manager or Head of Section, and familiar with digital tools, workflows and has the flair to learn new methods
- Have demonstrated experience of working in multi-cultural and multi-national team environment. Working experience within North America, Scandinavian or UK markets would be advantageous
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree is preferable
- Have in-depth understanding of quality management systems
- Have knowledge of BS/PAS1192/ ISO19650 and BIM tools like Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Aecosim, OpenBuilding Designer, Navisworks, BIM 360 etc
- Demonstrate impeccable English communication skills – verbal and written
