Developing hardware for embedded applications
Design, build, and test microprocessor based embedded products which include both analog and digital circuitry. Main applications will be in power electronics switching and fault detection
Working with industry standard programming tools and debugging environments
Work closely with all engineering fields including software/firmware, electrical hardware, mechanical, system integration and test, project management, and quality personnel to verify and validate products.

Knowledge and Experience using MATLAB/SIMULINK is a bonus and converting analytical results into efficient product design.
Power electronics and experience developing products for high yield manufacturing
Ability to convey ideas and concepts to a wide range of audiences including product management and engineers.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
Having necessary writing skills to create product hardware requirements and design documentation.
Strong analytic and decision-making skills
Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to communicate information effectively.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related subject area is required. Advanced degree (Master’s/ PhD degree) can be substituted for industry experience.
8+ years of experience with the following:
Familiarity with UL standards including UL489, UL943, and UL1699
