Director, PDS Projects

Description

The Director of Corporate Interior Fit‑outs joins the Project and Development Services team, overseeing execution of interior fit‑out initiatives on a national platform and providing strategic leadership.

In this role the director cultivates an energized, collaborative environment, guiding teams toward successful project execution.

• Deliver strategic solutions for clients
• Actively collaborate across platforms
• Apply new technology and data to drive change
• Provide on‑site project leadership and facilitate critical stakeholder meetings
• Apply financial acumen to meet client goals and manage budgets
• Create and refine work‑quality standards, cultural initiatives and best practices
• Manage client and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless conflict resolution
• Mentor and develop team members to meet performance criteria

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• Possess 25+ years of project or construction management experience (healthcare, retail, office, development, banking)
• Demonstrated experience managing a team
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship‑building skills
• Proficient with project‑management technology tools
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
