Accounts Payable Accountant

This is an entry level position. Accounts Payable Specialists assist companies with invoicing and billing.

Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Ensuring bills paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Resolve discrepancies with invoices, purchase orders, and payments

• Excellent communication skills
