Inside Sales Representative

Description

• Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential customers.
• Selling Products/Services: Identifying customer needs, offering solutions, and support the Regional Sales Manager in closing sale deals.
• Communication: Engaging with customers through phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and sales activities.
• Lead Management: Following up on leads and nurturing potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual basis, without sponsorship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to effectively present the value of products/services and negotiate deals.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and solve customer problems is crucial for building strong relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-Motivated: Inside Sales Representatives often work independently and need to be self-motivated to pursue sales goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate varying time zones and customer availability
• Sales Acumen: Understanding the sales process and techniques.
• Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales Performance: Meeting or exceeding sales led generation quotas and targets.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales capacity
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle rejection is important.
• Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong understanding of the products or services being sold.
• Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
• Sales and Cold Calling: Experience with sales techniques, cold calling, and building rapport with potential clients is highly valuable.
• Organization and Time Management: Maintaining a well-organized workflow and prioritizing tasks effectively.
