What you would be doing
- Specification sign-off to ensure 100% accuracy of project handover to procurement and operational teams with no turnbacks
- Ensure clear client communication throughout the opportunity process, keeping CRM up-to-date and forecasting accurate
- Understanding clients' key drivers and vision for a project, working with the Designers to put this vision into reality
- Surveying project sites to get an understanding of the conditions, measurements and ascertaining how to deliver the project
- Proposal sign-off and presentation to client (together with Sales Manager). Ensure 100% pricing and specification accuracy prior to quoting, whilst maximizing GP
What you bring
- Evidence of working in a related project led business model
- Proven experience of supervisor or team management
- Able to read architectural drawings and floorplans
- Emotional Intelligence
- Driving License
- Excellent people skills
- Have practical knowledge of construction
- Persuasion and influencing skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Commercial Acumen
- Ability to work with others to achieve business goals
- Action-orientated, can-do approach
- CRM (Pipedrive preferred) - excellent knowledge
- MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint - good knowledge required
- Experience working in a commercial sales role with accountability for pre-contract work
