You will estimate one or more major divisions for complex commercial projects while collaborating with junior estimators and a bid coordinator already in place. This position is designed for someone who enjoys both the craft of estimating and the leadership side, coaching, reviewing, and setting the standard for accuracy and professionalism.
Ability to take a project to contract: scope alignment, bid leveling, subcontractor relationships, procurement strategy

Senior-level experience estimating major divisions (self-perform not required)

Mixed-use commercial projects ranging from $50M to $250M+
Higher education and private school facilities
Hospital and healthcare complexes
Performing arts and cultural venues
