Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting task safely in commercial and industrial settings.
Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device
Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory.
Perform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment as needed.

Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems, ranging from 3 tons to 1280 tons.
Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings, and other equipment layout materials
Ability to pass MVR check.
Requires mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.
OSHA 10 certification preferred.
EPA universal certification preferred.
Must be able to work independently and without supervision.
Professional demeanor and positive, caring attitude.
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening.
Ability to pass a physical ability test.
3 or more years of experience repairing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC/R equipment preferred.
Ability to travel, as needed, for projects.
Excellent communication and customer services skills.
Proficiency with electrical and mechanical diagnostics
Experience with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, or boiler systems, preferred.
