Requirements

• Previous experience of undertaking the Project Manager role with an engineering organization.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to edit, manage and interrogate programmes to WBS.
• NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation
• Ability to chair and take accurate notes of meetings.
• Ability to deliver robust stakeholder management.
• CMI Level 4
• Experience in client liaison, stakeholder management, and producing project documentation.
• Demonstrable experience managing engineering design projects within consultancy or a similar professional environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate project records to contractual requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant degree or similar Project Management qualification
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and cost-management capabilities.
• Experience leading small to medium sized projects as NEC Project Manager.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-coordination skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the professional project management role.
• Proven track record delivering projects in at least one of the following sectors: Highways, Rail, Environment/Ecology, or Buildings.
