As a Lead Engineer you will provide leadership and senior‑level engineering and technical expertise on complex electric transmission design projects for high‑voltage (HV) and extra high‑voltage (EHV) overhead utility systems. You will ensure the team meets client requirements, quality and schedule deadlines, and feels engaged and valued, inspiring them to produce the excellence Pickett is known for. The role is hands‑on, covering line routing, survey coordination, PLS‑CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, clearance checks, plan/profile development, material specification and procurement, constructability evaluations, work order packages, permitting, vendor/subcontractor coordination and construction support.
