The Interface Coordinator will be the central integration hub ensuring seamless coordination across OEMs, EPC contractors, engineering teams, vendor partners, TSUK operations, utilities, brownfield tie-ins and site execution teams.
The role is critical to ensuring schedule flow, eliminating late surprises, managing design consistency, and supporting smooth construction readiness.
This role ensures that no interface is missed, no information is lost, and no dependency becomes a bottleneck.
The Interface Coordinator will maintain interface maps, track open points, resolve cross-discipline issues, and enable clean handovers between Engineering → Procurement → Construction → Commissioning

- Track interface dependencies until closure with clear responsibility owners.
- Ensure document control consistency – latest revisions reach all stakeholders.
- Align 3D model interfaces, routing clearances, platform connectivity.
- Coordinate shutdown interfaces with TSUK operations.
- Maintain dependency heat-map for access, services, scaffolding & work-front availability.
- Ensure IFC packages reflect utility needs, access routing, maintenance clearances, tie-in philosophy.
- Escalate unresolved issues early with evidence-based documentation.
- Facilitate interface resolution meetings aligned with weekly technical rhythms.
- Work hands-on at site & design rooms to unblock field engineering issues.
- Track vendor document workflows, RFI/TQ resolutions, redline capture.
- Assist field teams in resolving real-time constructability roadblocks.
- Validate tie-in readiness – drawings, isolation plans, method statements.
- Ensure timely exchange of drawings, models, vendor data, tie-in details & construction inputs.
- Report interface issues impacting cost/schedule with mitigation proposals.
- Provide weekly interface dashboards to leadership & project controls.
