client liaison

Liaising on site with Clients, Tenants etc
Joint site visits with Contracts Managers to assess works
Supervise teams of operatives
Working on Housing Stock through to Commercial
Completion of all site forms via Easybop, taking photos, disposal of waste and returning waste note to the office
Supervision of Asbestos Removal Jobs (Licensable & Non-Notifiable Works)

Requirements

Must have experience of working in the Rail/TFL sector.
Must have a valid UK Driving Licence.
Minimum of 3 years previous experience within this role and the asbestos industry is essential.
Can Tow Decontamination Units (Essential)
