Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market, including property values, market trends, and economic indicators, to provide expert advice to clients.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including lease and sales comparables, cash flow projections, and property valuations to support client decision-making.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Provide strategic counsel on real estate decisions that support their business goals, whether they are a tenant, landlord, buyer, or seller.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, property owners, and other industry professionals.
Actively prospect for and secure new clients, building a strong pipeline of business through networking, cold calling, and leveraging your professional relationships.

A bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, sales, or a related field. A proven track record of generating new business is essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with commercial real estate databases (e.g., CoStar).
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex real estate and financial concepts.
A valid and active commercial real estate license in the state of employment is required.
